DIRECTOR, MINISTER LOIS GRADY

One of the most powerful tools on this universe is PRAYER!

What a privilege it is to go to God in Prayer. When God established a means for us to communicate with Him, He didn't leave nothing out. I don’t know why so many people in this world today, don’t really know how "Powerful", prayer really is. When our Families and Friends forsake us, or don’t really care about our need's, WHAT A PRIVILEDGE IT IS THAT WE CAN GO TO GOD IN PRAYER.

Prayer can break down strongholds in our Lives.
Prayer can change things and situations.
Prayer can change people.
Since God has already established means for us to come to Him why are we, His children, still challenged with our issue's and circumstances?

Perhaps we are not releasing our "Prayers In Faith"!
Once you humble yourself to God and release those "Prayers In Faith".
He has already said the prayers of the righteous availeth much (James 5:16).

Are we Praying In Expectancy?

Once we release our prayers to God, we can expect Him to give us our heart's desire (Psalm 37:4). So starting releasing the Prayer In Faith because it lets God know that we are trusting Him for our various requests.

Devotional Prayer

Dear Heavenly Father,

I come boldly to the throne of Grace seeking You for Your way & will For our lives.
I come asking You to continue to lead and guide us in the way that we should go.
Father, I thank You in advance for ALL that You are about to do in our lives.
Father, I thank you for your Grace & Mercy; Your Protection and Your Love and Kindness.

Father, I ask You to build a hedge of Protection around us so this world can't do us any harm.
Father, I ask You to protect our troops as they protect us.
Father, help us to be the light of this world, so that those that are
Walking in darkness can see You in us. Also help us to reach out to be a
Blessing to those that are standing in need, because You said the least
That we do for our brethren we are doing it in Your name (Matthew 25:40).

And as we go along Life's Journey, help us to show Your Love, Your
Compassionate, Your Mercy, whether we feel that they deserve it or not.

Help us to reach out to those that are Hurting Emotional and Physical
And standing in need of Healing.
May Lives be Healed, Restored and drawn to You as a result of their Healing.

And to those that want to give up, just know that EARTH HAS NO SORROW
THAT HEAVEN CANNOT HEAL. Your situation may seem Hopeless, but nothing
Is too hard for our God, EL-Shaddai - the God of more than enough.
Father, don’t forget all of those that are Sick and Shut-In, and
Those that are in Bereavement.
Help us to hold steadfast to Your Unchanging Hand

In Jesus' Name ~ Amen!

Adversity: A Wake-up Call
by Min. Lois Grady

One reason God allows adversity in our lives is to get our Attention. He’s acutely aware of when we’re too preoccupied with ourselves and our interests. God knows when it’s time to plan an Interruption so we will take notice.

The question immediately arises isn’t there another way to capture our
Attention? Theoretically, the answer is yes. There are other means beside
Adversity. But it usually takes a jolt of some kind to bring us around.

“God whispers to us in our pleasures, speaks in our conscience, but
Shouts in our pains: it is His megaphone to rouse a deaf world”
When things go our way, it is sometimes difficult to turn our thoughts to God. If all is well, we may quickly drift into a state of self reliance and
Smugness. Our prayers can become lifeless, and the Word of God may start to sound unappealing to our complacent ears. And to make matters
Worse, we can begin to confuse our sense of well-being with spirituality.
When nothing is wrong, we fasely assume that everything is right.

Anyone who has been involved in evangelism knows what I’m talking
About. It is next to impossible for an unbeliever with no pressing problems to see the need for a Savior. That person might figure,
When everything is fine, why “mess it up” with God? But come back
To the same man or woman after adversity has struck, and you will find
A completely different attitude.

Difficulties can bring even the strongest and most stubborn to our
Knees. Consider Saul, who later became the apostle Paul. As he
Traveled to Damascus to arrest believers, God struck him down with
Blinding light, humiliating him in front of his traveling companions.

No doubt assuming his blindness was permanent, Saul was now ready
To listen to God.

What about you? What could God accomplish through you
If He had your undivided attention and loyalty? We sometimes
Forget that when God looks at our lives, He see not only our past,
But our potential future as well.

At your convenience, I'd like to make an appointment with either you or a delegated representative. With medical premiums increasing at an average of 15% per year, any savings we can present will certainly help your company cope better in addressing the health care crisis before all of us. Employers have been forced to pay for this crisis with hard earned profits year after year. IAB would like the opportunity to make a difference.

Deborah Smith

For the greater part of her early young adult years Deborah lived the typical life of an urban teen and PK (preacher’s kid). Little did she know that at the tender age of seventeen, her life would take an unexpected turn - for what seemed to be the worse. “This turn” for Deborah was a life-altering car accident on a busy highway, which left her severely cut and bruised. While in recovery, she not only prayed for the healing of her body, but also began to surrender to the arduous process of the healing of her soul. Though the scars would remain on the outside, she knew she would never be the same woman on the inside.
